1.Who we are

This website (artcrush.com / www.artcrush.agency) is operated by Artcrush NV ("Artcrush", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. If you have any question about your privacy, contact us at mathieu@artcrush.com.

2.What data we collect

• Information you give us through our forms: first and last name, company name (for brands) or artist name (for artists), email address, and your company revenue band or total annual art-sales band. We do not ask for special-category data.
• Booking data: if you book a strategy call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, where you provide your name, email and a chosen time.
• Usage data (only with your consent): if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you reached the site.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.

3.How we use your data and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry, send the case studies you request, and arrange a strategy call, on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To send you relevant insights about our services where permitted, on the basis of legitimate interest or your consent; you can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website using analytics, only on the basis of your consent.
• To keep our site secure and operational, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4.Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device; we also use your browser's local storage. We split these into essential (needed for the site to function) and optional analytics (loaded only after you select "Accept all" in our cookie banner). You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.

5.Analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how our site is used. We enable IP anonymisation. No analytics scripts load until you accept optional cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings". For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

6.Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us run the website and respond to you, bound by appropriate agreements:

• Form-to-email delivery, to deliver your form submission to our team by email.
• Calendly, to schedule strategy calls.
• Google Analytics, for website analytics (only with consent).
• Our hosting and CRM providers, to operate the site and manage enquiries.

7.International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8.How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained for the period stated in the cookie table above.

9.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email mathieu@artcrush.com.
